Lib Dems running for Sport Relief!

Norwich Liberal Democrats will be going the extra mile on Sunday when they take part in the Norwich Sport Relief event for Comic Relief.

The Lib Dem team includes Norwich South parliamentary candidate Simon Wright, Cllr Brian Watkins, Cllr Rosalind Wright, Cllr Judith Lubbock and other local campaigners.

Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate for Norwich South, Simon Wright, said: "I took part in this last year and really enjoyed it. It's an easy and fun way of raising money for vulnerable people in the UK and across the developing world.

"This year we have a Lib Dem team. We're more used to running for election, so it will be a refreshing change to be running for charity instead!

The Sport Relief Mile run will start outside the Forum on Sunday, with staggered start times throughout the morning.
